Hero (Salman Khan) loves Rani (Rani Mukerji), but she doesn't. Hero, meanwhile, is a loyal worker at A-Z, a courier company helm ed by baddie Khanna (Shakti Kapoor). The man actually distributes drugs around the city, the Tough cop Inspector Vishal (Arbaaz Khan) arrives in the city and starts trailing Hero whom he suspects to be involved in the racket. But the poor unsuspecting Hero is innocent. So when he stumbles upon the truth, Khanna has him bumped off. At the same time, he manages to shoot Vishal in the heart. A heart transplant takes place and Hero's heart is given to Vishal. Hero's spirit comes back to avenge his death, but only Vishal can see him. Since Hero's heart beats for Rani, it is only natural for Vishal to fall in love with Rani. And fortunately, she too falls in love with him.

Big Brother Australia is the Australian version of the international Big Brother reality television series. Big Brother Australia was produced from 2001 and ran for eight seasons. The show was cancelled in July 2008 after experiencing audience erosion and controversy. All eight seasons were produced by Endemol Southern Star and shown on Network Ten. The show returned 13 August 2012 with a ninth season on the Nine Network with repeats on GO!. From its first season until its seventh season in 2007 the show was hosted by Gretel Killeen. With a revamp of the series in 2008 she was replaced by radio duo Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O. The show returned in 2012 hosted by Sonia Kruger. Mike Goldman narrated all nine seasons of the series. Between 2001 and 2005 it was also shown in New Zealand on TV2 and Prime. The purpose built Big Brother house for the 2001 through to the 2012 seasons was in a compound at theme park Dreamworld, Queensland. Big Brother Australia was officially renewed for a tenth season on 24 November 2012.
Big Brother: After Dark was an uncensored, uncut live feed from the American Big Brother House while broadcast on Showtime2. The program debuted on July 5, 2007 as a companion show since Big Brother 8 and it aired on Showtime 2 in the United States and Slice in Canada. The program was the only first-run original program produced specifically for any of Showtime's seven multiplex channels. On May 29, 2013, it was announced that Big Brother: After Dark will move to TVGN beginning on June 26. While it was promoted by TVGN as remaining uncensored as it was on Showtime 2, on TVGN "Big Brother: After Dark" is now rated TV14 and censored for language by muting of the audio.. The network says that nine words and nudity will be censored from the show, though some profanity still goes through. The broadcast airs uncensored over Slice in Canada. A version of this program was also developed as a companion series to Big Brother Canada on Slice.

Originally, the show started of as Serbian production with housmates form Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. Third season included housmates from Macedonia as well. For the fourth season Croatian broadcaster and producer RTL got involved, and auditions were held in Croatia, making the show pan-regional. In Serbia, the show was often picked up by different channels. The first three regular series and three celebrity series were broadcast on B92 channel while the other two celebrity and the fourth regular series were brodcated on Pink. In Montenegro the show is broadcast by Pink M and Prva, in Bosnia-Herzegovina by Pink BH, OBN and BN, in Macedonia by A1 and Sitel, and in Croatia the show is broadcast by RTL respectively.
