Survivor Philippines is the Philippine version of the television series Survivor, which was originally based from the show, Expedition Robinson created in 1997 by Charlie Parsons. The series premiered on September 15, 2008 on GMA Network. The show is currently hosted by Richard Gutierrez. The first two seasons were hosted by Paolo Bediones. It is aired by GMA Network on weekday nights during the primetime Telebabad timeslot. Since season 2, it is shown internationally through GMA Pinoy TV except in North America, due to Castaway Television's contract with CBS that prevents other countries' versions of the series to be aired in that region. Like many of its counterparts, the show has a set number of contestants stranded on an isolated area for a pre-determined number of days until one remains and is given the title Pinoy Sole Survivor. The show's tagline is "Pautakan, Pagalingan, Patatagan", the Filipino translation of the US version's "Outwit, Outplay, Outlast". The show, in general, refers their fans as a "Katribo", which means "tribemate" in English.

This reality television series, which aims to find "the next big Filipino fashion designer," is produced by Solar Entertainment Corporation and Unitel Productions. It is shown on ETC Entertainment Central. The show was hosted by model and actress Teresa Herrera during the first two seasons. She was replaced by Filipina fashion legend Tweetie de Leon. Fashion designer Jojie Lloren serves as mentor since the first season while Filipino top model and lifestyle feature writer Apples Aberin and fashion designer Rajo Laurel complete the judging panel. The series is currently in its third season which premiered on March 25, 2012.
The X Factor Philippines is a Filipino television reality music competition, adapted from the original UK series as part of The X Factor franchise, to find new singing talent in the Philippines. The show is hosted by KC Concepcion while the judging panel consists of Charice, Gary Valenciano, Pilita Corrales, and Martin Nievera. It is the first franchise to be adapted in Southeast Asia. KZ Tandingan was proclaimed the winner of the first season, of whom received a cash prize of 4 million pesos including a recording contract from Star Records, ABS-CBN's recording arm.

The Amazing Race Philippines is a reality game show based on the American series The Amazing Race. It features eleven teams of two with pre-existing relationships, who will vie for the prize of ₱2 million in a race around the Philippines. It premiered on October 29, 2012 and airs every Mondays to Fridays at 9:00 PM and Saturdays at 8:30 PM on TV5 and is hosted by Derek Ramsay. The show is produced by the Australian production company, activeTV, which has also produced The Amazing Race Asia, The Amazing Race Australia, an Israeli version called HaMerotz LaMillion, and the Ukrainian version called Velyki perehony. It is the fifth Asia-Pacific version after The Amazing Race Asia, The Amazing Race Australia, The Amazing Race: China Rush, and The Amazing Race Vietnam.

The series was a local version of America's Next Top Model and was won by Grendel Alvarado of Bacolod, who received a modeling representation with Starz People in Hong Kong, an editorial fashion spread in Preview magazine, US$10,000 courtesy of Mane and Tail Shampoo, a P150,000 modeling contract with Saga Events, a one-year local endorsement campaign from L'Oréal Paris, one-year complimentary treatments from Marie France and Facial Care Center, a south sea pearl necklace from Jewelmer, and the title "Jewelmer’s Pearl Ambassador to the World". The international destination for this cycle was Victoria, Hong Kong. The show did not continue for a second series.
The Nickelodeon Philippines Kids' Choice Awards is an annual awards show which brought honors this year's biggest TV and sports personalities voted by kids and teenagers through text and online voting. Nickelodeon, an American cable television network, brought Kids' Choice Awards to the Philippines in an effort to strengthen its presence in Asia. According to Amit Jain, executive Vice-President and managing director of MTV Networks India, China and Southeast Asia, "This is a milestone for Nickelodeon's business in Southeast Asia as it will deliver on Nick's commitment of providing global kids-centric shows and properties which are adapted to reflect local tastes and aspirations."

The Philippine television network TV5 was the first in Asia to acquire the rights to produce its own version of the American reality series. A special one week preview of the show, entitled Extreme Makeover: Home Edition Philippines The Road to Make Over began airing on April 9, 2012 before its premiere on Sunday, April 15, 2012. The first season ended in June 17, 2012 having a total of 10 episodes in the entire season. Road to the Makeover is always "Rated PG", However the Main Edition of the series is "Rated G". the different that is depended on that program. It aired every Sunday 8:30 PM. It differs from the American version, having a deadline of more than 7 days.
The Voice of the Philippines is a Filipino reality television singing competition on ABS-CBN. It is based on the reality singing competition The Voice of Holland, which was originally created by Dutch television producer John de Mol as part of The Voice franchise. The show is hosted by Toni Gonzaga. She is accompanied by Robi Domingo, and her sister Alex Gonzaga who serve as the show's V-Reporters or the social media correspondents. Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo Mañalac, Lea Salonga, and Apl.de.Ap serve as the four coaches and the judging panel of the show. The show had a primer called Mic Test: The Voice of the Philippines Primer and was aired on June 9, 2013. The show premiered on June 15, 2013. It is the fourth national franchise in the Southeast Asian region after Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia.
